Just a cute video of a very talkative Boaz. Sometimes he just won't shut up, and I LIKE IT! As I understand, that might change someday (the me "liking it" part).

Random outings and staying-inings
Boaz is standing! He's so strong! His new favorite thing is standing on your lap or the table and just flailing about. This picture below is pretty much what we do when he's awake: Stand him up and make him smile. Although, sometimes we go out too, as you'll see.
This face is amazing.
At the flower fields, doing an impression of the gnome.
This week, we spent some time walking around Coronado. He stayed awake for quite a while, but eventually gave into the comfort of my bosom. Can't blame him.
We went up to the OC for Angi's birthday and to help Patti and Gary get the garden ready for their garden tour. We all went out to dinner at a mexican food place near Peter and Angi's. The booths were a little too shallow to comfortably feed Boaz, so he was getting a little fussy towards the end of dinner (he believed it was his turn to eat). So, GoGo (Grandma Patti) selflessly offerred up her chin as a pacifier. It worked quite well. However, such selflessness rarely comes without some sacrifice. GoGo sacrificed a hicky-less chin.

The look of Love... is on... her chin
Nice family pic at the flower fielsds

and another...

Just messing around at home. I was trying to find songs/sounds that made Boaz laugh. But, this one made us laugh much more.

Many Firsts
Asher's first birthday! Unfortunately, we were spending the party keeping Bo from crying and then for a while couldn't find our camera, so we don't have many pictures. I stole this one from facebook. Bo wasn't even afraid of Angela Petrelli even though we found out this week just how crazy she is, but not as crazy as her sister!

First time at the pool. Unfortunately, while the temperature outside was perfect, the pool was too cold and the hot tub too hot. Boaz wasn't thrilled with either. But, he looked super cute in his hand-me-down James Bond shorts (from Jordan's babyhood) as you'll see in these pictures.
First time with the girls. It was sooo much fun! We had lots of quality girl time filled with long, sunny walks and good food. Thanks for coming into town, Chels, we're so excited for you to move closer!

I must be sort of an idiot. This picture keeps turning to the side, and I can't figure out why. You get the idea, Boaz is cute and is smiling really big these days.
Unfortunately, we haven't captured his smiles as well as we would like. But, at least you can kind of see what they look like in this video. Nothing particularly exceptional happens in this video (besides exceptional cuteness).

One whole MONTH!
Well, he's officially a month old! He celebrated by blowing bubbles. I can't believe it's been an entire month. It feels like he's been here forever, but also like we just met him. It's amazing how much they change in such a short amount of time. He has weighed 7lb 8oz and is now around 10 lbs (haven't weighed him in a while, but he's looking huge these days). He's grown out of several outfits already. He's awake more, which is fun unless is 3 AM and he wants to be entertained and/or walked around the house. We think we're getting into a routine, and then he decides to totally change it up. It's super fun, and we can't wait to keep getting to know him! Happy Good Friday, we'll be seeing FAK (fun aunt Kelly, thanks for the term, Paula) in about an hour or two, then we're off to the Goldens and Millions for Easter celebrations on Saturday and Sunday. It will be his first overnight trips in his life. Hopefully he can handle all the excitement.

The many faces of Boaz
Guys, I'm friggin hungry.
I'm confused, there's no boob in my mouth. I'll just make this face until one appears.
I'm eating, so I'm happy.
This one says "Moms, don't drink and breastfeed".
I still haven't figured out the best way to post pictures on here, but at least none of them are overlapping this time. Sorry.
This one on the left might have been accompanied by a fart/poop combination.
This one says, "Say what? You crazy."
He doesn't know much, but he's got a LOT of expressions. He can't have that much to express, he can't even say his own name! We're currently awaiting his first smiles, and we're constantly video-ing him to capture one. He's given us quite a few pre-smiles, so the real ones should be coming shortly. So, be patient.
