Talkin' Bo

So Boaz is talking more and more and using more and more different sounds. It is so fun each day to hear his language change. It seems as it will be just a few weeks until he is saying words (although my developmentalists will tell you it is closer to a year that that happens.)

Getting fatter

Sorry it's been a couple weeks since we posted. We've been all over the place, going hither and thither on our off days. Jordan started school again and is in class 4 days a week and I'm back at work. Sometimes it seems like either it's a workday or we're all recovering from a long night. It sounds dramatic for 2 nights a week, but it feels like we all are more sleep deprived than ever.
We are pretty busy, but Boaz seems to find the time to eat and eat and eat. He's a whopping 16 lbs as of last week! Babies are supposed to double their weight by 5 months, but 3 months will do. Already an over-achiever.

playing in his new stander-upper (don't remember actual name)
Jordan's birthday at yard house (we saw Timmy, who says hi to those who know him)
Already abusing me
Look at those rolls. His rolls have rolls that have rolls and so on.
New sling, thanks Patti. It works great!
This has been going on for the last week or two. His fist is the most amazing thing to stare at. He sometimes will be crying for whatever reason, then he catches sight of his fist and gets all wide-eyed. I hope he stays so easily entertained (unless that makes him an idiot).
What is the arm version of a cankle? Wrarm? Forehand?
The little finger is cute
People talk a lot about the 3 month magic. Apparently, babies become so much easier and fun. I'd say it's been slightly more gradual than that, but he definitely seems to be waking up to the world. He's grabbing at things, loves textures, water, and faces. He's been smiling at strangers and not freaking out as much in the car seat. He's becoming quite a little person, and he's only gonna get more person-y-er. Can't wait.

Chubsy McMuffintop

I told him to make a "nerd face." So he did.
So many star trek conventions in his future.
This picture speaks for itself. Wow.
He should switch to non-fat milk in his boob latte.
Bath time at the Grandbob and Janma's.
Just liked his fat cheeks in this one.
He's getting to really like bath time. He gets this goofy smile.
I'm afraid I don't have much time to write because I have to get ready for work. It's a sad day in the Million household; real life is beginning. We can't really complain, I've been off for 16 weeks total, gotten paid a portion of my paycheck to stay home, and I've gotten to have Jordan with me the entire time. Maybe these nights at work will make Jordan appreciate a good night's sleep more, and help me appreciate my days off more.
